YOGANCERS

Emily began her career at Elmhurst School for Dance in association with Birmingham Royal Ballet at just 14, which has since seen her on the West End stages. Along side ballet Emily completed her Yoga Teacher Training in India and practiced for over 10 years. 

Emily combines her love of Ballet & Yoga in her class, which would be a mistake to miss out on!  

ROBYN M

POWER YOGA

Robyn is 500HR YAP trained in Baptiste Style Power Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Myofascial Release. Expect strong, unique flows, and juicy stretches with a light-hearted, playful vibe and anatomical knowledge thrown in. Robyn loves being upside-down, as an ex-gymnast and coach she shares this by breaking down arm balances, making them fun and accessible to all.

LAURA H

ALIGN & FLOW

Laura has been practising yoga since 2009 and has over 10 years martial arts experience. Laura believes that yoga can be a great tool for self enquiry and change, and hopes to help her students strengthen their connection with their bodies and inner world. She has completed 200 hours training in Ashtanga & Rocket Yoga, and 100 hours in Mandala Yoga & Shamanism with The Yoga People.

TAMARA H E

VINYASA FLOW

Tamara has a passion for breathing movement and a love for the constant growth in Yoga. After taking her first yoga class when moving to London 7 years ago, it immediately became a staple part of her life. Her teaching is a balance of strength and release, encouraging students to explore and understand their connection of body and breath. With a playful and grounding energy, she uses a focus on alignment and body awareness, to guide students through a powerful moving meditation.

DENISE M

HIIT & FLOW

Denise is a passionately driven Mind & Body Confidence Coach. She founded The She Moves Project which motivates and empowers women to MOVE past their limiting beliefs with fitness and movement to develop a positive self image so they become their greatest asset. She utilises an array of training styles and tailors her skillset to help you build confidence and kick butt!
Her fitness tools include Functional Training, Met Con, &
  Animal Flow.

NATALIA M

HOT FLOW ABS

From a young age Natalia trained in gymnastics and choreography and since then, she has maintained her interest in the art of movement. It’s the strength, flexibility, balance, and control  aspect of movement that led her to Yoga and it was the unity between both her physical and mental wellbeing that led her to continue her practice and move into teaching.
With an emphasis on creating balance, Her
 classes will leave you physically energised, mentally restored and grateful for the world around you!
